Deed Restriction Committee
The Deed Restriction Committee sees that the Deed Restrictions are being complied with. Currently, the Deed Restriction Committee is working with residents to educate them about the amendments to Deed Restrictions and has undertaken a campaign to pass Amended Deed Restrictions for Sections 1 and 2. Beautification Committee
The Beautification Committee works on projects that help improve the image and aesthetics of Shepherd Forest. These projects include esplanade beautification, neighborhood signage and other projects. Sign up here!
Yard of the Month/Holiday Decorating Committee
The Yard of the Month/Holiday Decorating Committee is responsible for locating and nominating residences who's landscaping, yard maintenance or Holiday Decorating excel among the neighborhood. Sign up here!
Welcoming Committee
The Welcoming Committee is responsible for welcoming new residents to Shepherd Forest and inviting them to become involved in neighborhood initiatives and programs.Sign up here!
Citizens on Patrol (COPS)
The Citizens on Patrol Committee maintains a presence in the neighborhood that deters criminal activity. This is accomplished through patrol activities, vehicle sticker ID program, and communication with local HPD storefront. Sign up here!
